Did you know that there have been two stadiums on the site of the current Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City, built in 1927 and 1998, respectively? The 1998 stadium is the current stadium and was the site of the opening and closing ceremonies of the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics in 2002.
